upgrade?

I have HBC, 3.2U firmware, and the Wiikey2. My original wiifit game, which my wife loves, is asking for an update. Any way around this so it can work? I would greatly appreciate all help. Pretty new at this, so I am trying not to screw up the console.

Install Starfall and activate update blocking.

Please forgive my stupidity. Is Starfall a download application type software? How do I install it onto the console? Thanks for your help and patience.

You use it just like any other application. Every single application for the Wii is booted in the same way. On your SD card name the dol or elf file 'boot' and put it in its own folder inside of the APPS folder.

I don't understand why people don't get this. EVERY application is booted like this.

Thanks Brent. I downloaded Starfall, unzipped and installed the file, on the root of my apps folder of the SD card. When I get the black WARNING screen, do I press B1 or B2. Some of the warning words are not shown entirely on the screen. Thanks, I am almost there!

I don't remember the exact button combo... I wanna say B and 2 and you do it twice. I just remember the warning screen is written as a simple riddle. just try combos of B/A and 1/2 pressing them a few times in a row for each combo. You'll find it.

Well, I guess I might as well resurrect this. I installed Starfall as stated, and MLB 2k9 showed on the preview screen on the wii, but when I clicked on it, I got a blank screen. i had to reboot the wii a few times and still shows on the preview screen, but the game never actually starts. I thought it was just a bad copy, so after weeks of downloading, finally got another copy, but the results are the same. Anyone? By the way, would a original copy work, or is this because of the wiikey 2 chip or homebrew? I was also considering GH5, but if it askes me to upgrade, I am screwed right?????????????
