How to convert a PS3 cbs save file to a PS3 save file?

I never used that stuff but it in order to use it I think you have to use the codebreaker adapter and all that on the PS2 to uncompress it onto a normal memory card format then use the PS2-PS3 memory card adapter to copy it.
