Well before the method of getting a "t0pmenu_plugin.rco" to edit i had left out some dycreption stuff.so i went back and re-wrote it this way making it easyer.

Decrpted topmenu_plugin dont work for 3.10 oe-a2

I know thats why this tutorial will only work on 3.03 oe-x like i have clearly said.

the new version doesnt work the zip file is corrupted
