Problems with xpert2

None of my rips with xpert2 are working. I think that xpert2 is just using the initial file extraction instead of the edited one I made. Does anyone know how to use this properly?

It used for making advanced rips of games. Xpert2 can open all those files in UMDgen v4 that you can't touch. Like you can get the entire soundtrack from a game, and all the audio effects, character voices and even their sprite details. A great program overall and the best of it's kind. I just don't fully understand it yet.
