UPDATE: ps3xploit.me is online again. HEN 3.2.2 for 4.90.1 HFW by @Joonie is now available!!

PS3HEN (HEN stands for Homebrew ENabler) is a recent exploit THAT WORKS ON ALL PS3 MODELS (YES! ALL models including Superslim, Slim and PHAT models). It adds new functions to 4.90.1 HFW (Hybrid Firmware), transforming it into *almost* a CFW (Custom Firmware) or very close to it.

Among the features you can run Homebrews, HAN, JB rips, burnt PS3 games discs, PSXISO, BDISO, Discless games, load VSH plugins, and do many things more!!!

VERY IMPORTANT: Update your homebrews to the latest version before install HEN to avoid freeze issues.

For CFW installation on PS3 fat & slims compatible an alternative is: Flash Writer 4.90 by @lmn7 (Mirror / Mirror) or PS3Xploit Flash Writer if your console is 4.85 or lower.

- Added Developer options under HFW Tools -> Developer
- Added the ability to switch HEN from Release and Debug modes via HFW Tools -> Developer (USB will be added next release)
- Added the option to remove hen_enable.png to allow install from browser via HFW Tools -> Developer
- Only supporting Stock and Rebug themes for now until custom colors can be fixed

YOGESH529 The screen resolution can be forced in PARAM.SFO but most PS3 games play natively at 720p.

Some games use lower resolution and are upscaled to 720p.
