Search the code for this and disable the cache functions that follow it. Also in the texture.cpp, disable the
texture flush that follows a dcache writeback. Search "//* NOTE - Disable here WTF?!?!?!"

Install psp sdk. Simplest way to do this is download the sdk installer form www.devkitpro.org.
Run the buildme.bat file (or execute the makefile).
