1.5 to 2.0 downgrading

I was downgrading my psp and I did that right but when I upgraded using the gta lcs disk it, I got to 99% and it said contact sony...blah....blah...blah for assistance. And it loads the game well. But the think I am wondering about is that a problem if it go's to 99% but not fully. I mean it works but I don't know if I can upgrade it again. Lol I might be confusing yal.

yeah... that happened to me too. when i turned it back on it looked like it was working fine, but the web browser didnt work, it kept saying internal error. but for some reason later it locked up, and i turned it back on and set itself to defult settings, so i upgraded to 2.0 again and it got to 100%.

so if the same thing happened to yours your web browser wont work properly
