Can someone please list all of the BEST running emulators (and where to get them if you can). I would like to use some that run smooth and run great.

hmm, for emulators, in my opinion, I think the Snes's are the best. The games are pretty good and run pretty smooth. (Well, some of them that is.)

Well, I don't use all the emulators, I only use the Snes, and the only good game that is really smooth for it is Chrono Trigger.
