Questions on version 1.51

I no it hasn't been cracked yet, but wat is the difference between 1.51 and 1.52?
would 1.51 be easier to crack then 1.52?
if not, would they both be cracked at the same time???

Well, we assume 1.51 is easier. Sony has been ontop of patching holes that were missed. We'll see both cracked eventually. We just dont really know when.

u can always try and switch ur psp out at wal-mart. Just tell them it freezes up and want to switch it out. Worked for me. I had 1.51, now im enjoying my sweet, sweet homebrew (and lumines, teehee)

doesnt matter, I bought mine at Gamestop....

so i can return it to ebgames! well, the only bad thing is explaining it to my father.

There wouldn't be a point to crack 1.51 now, it's not like Sony would do a force upgrade to it on some games with 1.52 already out.

well u might as well wait cuz im sure somebody will hack trough 1.51 and 52's. Anyways sony will keep on making more firmwares like mayb 1.53 or 54 etc etc. so i suggest to wait but if not go ahead and trade it in

well someone on this website said to know how to see which versio is the PSP.He said something about looking at the side.If it sais A then its 1.5 if it sais B then its 1.51 and if it has nothing then forgot what he said.Cant remember who.

As long as there is not the letter B on the barcode below the 120V ur set.

If someone finds a way to run homebrews off 1.52 that isn't compatible with 1.51, then anyone with 1.51 might as well upgrade.

also any psp boxes with a "K" is v1.51 aka my psp
