First of all, what firmware are you running on?

If you don't know how to check that out, Under "Settings" find something called "System Settings", click on it and scroll down to where it says "System Information", click on it and it should tell you your system software, that's the firmware you're running on, and that's what I need to knwo right now. Thanks.

There's 2 ways you can take this...

1. Downgrade to 1.50 and everything will work fine.

2.Stick with the 2.0 and use the EBOOT file to run your homebrews. Here's the link: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/199

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I know you are a little bit scared to downgrade, but if you want to, I'll give you my files. I've used it a lot of times for my friends and no bricks so far.

We have a tutorial for that one. Here's the link: http://www.pspbrew.com/?page=tutorials/brewpack.php

Hope that helps, and no problem. Need anything else, feel free to ask.

dude, trust me, it wasn't easy. It took awhile for us to go through the progress. But in the end, my files were brick-free and he's officially running on firmware 1.50.

And one more thing, No problem. You need anything, feel free to ask!!!
