Downgrading file needed.

I got em all but I kind of accidently deleted the file which makes the whole thing downgrade the v 1.52 upgrade thing . Can anyone send me a link to download it from?

Since you have the 1.52 or so, upgrade your PSP to 2.00. Then downgrade, you said you had all the files right?
