how to edit settings on genisis emulator

hello while running the sega genesis emulator is there any way to get to the options that are on the snes on the snes all u have to do is move the analog stick left and all the options like clock speed and screen size are displayed i tried this and other things to get to the menu but i couldnt a simple answer would be very helpful

will anybody help

at the game select screen (rom list) each botton edits something, like processor, speed, frame etc.. (i believe same as gamegear emu)..

is there any way to make it full screen

that I didn't see in any sega emu's on PSP..
they allhave the frame.
