1) what is this pspbrewiscool..... folder?

its used to hide the corrupts!

2) why isnt all my corrupts hidden?

some emulators dont support different foldernames or long foldernames.

3) why wont it work?

try DELETING YOUR GAME FOLDER... if you already had non working stuff in there you have to delete it so you dont get confused when the good stuff (our stuff ) gets on there

4) What is 80020148? (or other similar numbers)

It's a generic error for when something's wrong with how the brew was installed..

To fix it instead of extracting the brews to your destop than copy to your PSP, extract it DIRECTLY onto your PSP.
If it still does not work redownload the brew only this time uncheck the box that says "Make APPLICABLE Corrupts Hidden (NOT ALL EMULATORS ALLOW!!!!!)" at the top of the page and problem should be solved.
If not than double check your PSP firmware as this method is only for v1.5
