I know this gets brought up al the time but I want to know specific details.

Obviously if you try to play HALO on a modded box you get banned.

What if you have a silver account and only try to get game updates or buy a live arcade title?

i would assume your silver account would get banned... and probably all other accounts tied to that IP

What's the difference between Silver and Gold members?

Actually, if you get banned, the entire console gets banned, not the profile itself. Meaning, you can't use that console for anything online related (updates, dlc, etc.). You will, however, be able to use your profile on another console. I have been modded for a year and have played games before release date and have not been banned. The risk is always there, but if you check your iso's thoroughly with ABGX you're going to be pretty safe. Hope that helps.

oh so basically you should buy a cheap RROD xbox on ebay, fix it, for cheaper, mod that xbox and have two xbox 360's! haha
