How do I back up my own xbox games if mine is already modded but DVD rom broken? From what I understand.. you need to FTP your xbox to your PC. Then copy the files that are on the xbox game to your PC while the game disc itself is loaded onto the xbox dvd rom?

Are you talking about the xbox 1? If so then yes you need to put the game disc in your xbox, FTP over to it, and copy all of the files from I believe the E: partition if my memory serves right. Then you can put the files on whatever the data partition was (D or G?).
