Team Wiinja has release their Ninjashell pack, which is a collection of emulators, utilities, and homebrew applications. List of contents includes:

UPDATE: The pack DOES work, problem is the disc's default video mode is PAL. When you boot the disc you can hold the Z button to force NTSC mode until you can change the video setting in the options menu. Problem is you have to do this every time you run the disc.
