What ever program you want to use with the TP hack you just rename the file (ie: snes9x.elf --> boot.elf) to boot.elf and drop it in the root of your SD card when you run the TP hack. You can also follow their directions for the Homebrew Channel and use the Wii64 emu included with the "apps" download. Worked fine for me.

My tutorial was for ONLY installing WAD files... it even says so at the top of the tutorial in the warning. snes9x is a homebrew elf file, not a wad file.

BUT, if you read carefully step 1 of installing the wad files states "Any ELF file named “boot.elf” will be run by the Twilight Hack." So even if you wanted to use my tutorial to run elf/dol files, then I still haven't forgotten anything.
