Yes, this is another shameless Wiibrew plug. I have put together a homebrew pack with 26 different homebrew apps ready to roll. If you already have your Wii homebrew ready (if not, I have a nice tutorial for that) all you need to do is extract and copy the entire contents onto the root of an SD card.
