Installing Updates Issue

Hi I am having some issues trying to install game updates. I download the updates from Brewology and save them to the root of my usb stick and then when I try to install it says : An error has occurred during install operation (80029567). Not sure why it has happened tried a few methods even downloading from Sony and the same thing happens when I download with them it downloads and then gives the error during install. If any one could help I would really appreciate it thanks. Running PS jailbreak dongle by the way don't know if that makes a difference.

Um haha I am kind of an uber newb I don't know what payload I am running just the PS Jailbreak and everything downloaded onto a fat 32 drive. Sorry for the Newbness just trying to learn thanks for responding.

the original payloads do not allow for you to install retail updates check for a updated payload for your device

if he is using ps jailbreak he cant as it isnt open source and doesnt accept just any hex

Hey guys thanks for the responses I have figured it out though got it to work through ftp server and demo manger and manually putting the update through their seems to work with Ps Jailbreak.

wen i try to update my system to 3.55-jb it gives me some random error code that starts with an 8 help wud b very appreciated also i dont hav ftp or knoledge of my payload i have 3.60 trying to get downgraded to 3.55-jb

There isn't a downgrade for 3.60, enjoy PSN ^_^
