But my ps3 basicaly went on a frenzy with me when I turned it off while playing a game, has this

nope, but one time I turned mine off while in an online game, then I wasn't able to log on to the PLAYSTATION NETWORK for like 20 Min when I turned it back on.

Well it just sorta went weird, started making weird sounds, coming from the motor most likely. no errors though. The screen went blue,
but not the Bsod.

i wouldve returned it for a new one, then if you are still wanting to sell it, you can sell it for a higher price being that the device is new =)
