PSP Firmware 3.40 OE-C & Remote Play

I currently have Dark Alex's 3.10 OE-A on my PSP, and when I tried registering it with my PS3 for remote play it said I needed to upgrade my firmware X^P (even though Remote Play shows up on the XMB of the PSP...o_O...anyways). Does the new 3.40 OE-C firmware on the PSP ACTUALLY work with Remote Play on the PS3? Dont want to mess with the flash on my PSP unless I have to =^P

i think u just upgrade to 3.40OE-A.
