Naruto Ultimate Ninja storm ; update fail!!!

I tried to use PSN / PKG Downloader to download the add on for Naruto Ultimate Ninja storm but I got this error message.

Connected to: 192.168.x.xxx
Found Pkg name of :ninja storm-ver.xml
We don't recognize the content (xml)... Make sure its a playstation.net URL! Otherwise please post this on our forums so we can fix it!

I got the url from Update Finder

I also use Homebrew Manager to find the update. I typed in game title id to find the update, BLES00371. But also got the error message

Hmm. It seems like they actually make sure the PS3 is auth'd against the update URL. I'm not sure there is a way around it without somebody sniffing out the URL with their PC and uploading it to us.

The XML file you have above just says file not for me.

Can you tell me how to sniffing out the URL with PC? I tried setting proxy in my PS3, it doesn't work too.
