game update with usb

bces 00007 the eye of judgment update
i'm using 3.55 how can i update with usb because psn addons dont have any file
please help

If you're using 3.55 doesn't the game prompt you to download it when you try to play it anyway?

Or does your PS3 not have an internet connection, i don't think the retail firmware actually carries an option to install game updates by anything other than the internet
