Well seeing as sony added remote code execution (read rootkit backdoor sony can use to spy on your PS3) to the newest firmware, any PS3 failing to respond to a code execution response is going to get flagged somewhere

dont upgrade the updater it uses is different to keep u at 3.56 u cant go back that is why no 3.56 cfw has been released
