A good idea would be to closely monitor whoever gets on your computer besides you and think before you click.
One of the smartest things I ever did was not let my older brother on this computer.
Also, download Spybot. Immidiately after you think you went to an infected webpage, delete all your cache, history, cookies, everything, and run Spybot.
Just a precaution I do sometimes.
