They all emit IR, How do you know that they are not wearing glasses because you can't see them, only a few show there faces and ya they don't wear glasses but they are not shinning it at anything shinny.

Also MrN; It didn't burn anything because the mW is only like 30mW. Some blu ray ones are up to 500mN.

Not that video in particular, but other videos from the related category. I'm still confused though, first IR blinds you then only cd burners blind you now it only blinds you if you point it at shiny stuff? I'm lost lol. Does anyone know what they are talking about?

IR is the light you can't see, that can harm your eyes, if you shine the laser that light you can't see hits you and can damage your eyes but also the green light the light you do see its bright enough and can also harm your eyes.

With lasers being banned in the U.S.A, U.K, and Aussi. You are going to be out of luck buying one you are going to having to make one your self. But it will still be illegal to use so watch were you point it lol (number one place you should never point it is the sky because of plans thats why the FDA is banning them)

yeah, they had a laser at the 99 cent store and it said FDA approved, so i just figured it was some cheap foreign import that no one cared about, but the FDA actually approves lasers. weird

All mini laser pointers that you use for say presentations, are only 1mW. The FDA approves you to have anything under 1mW.

Well eight days later (amazing time for the fact in came from china) I got my laser the first I pop in the batteries turn it on don't even look at it and I had it pointed at ashfault (the road) and I most have gotten a reflection of it in my eye because its all dry now and I have a small spot in my retina what great fun.
