It seems like a popup. Don't accept that, do a virus scan instead.

I use Avast! for all my home computers, and also anyone that asks. It's free, and it's great. But yes, that is adware/spyware. Next time you see that, check out task manager and see if there is a process causing it or if it is just a pop up. But either way don't worry about what it is actually saying, you don't have a virus that will corrupt WINDOWS folder. But next time check task manager and see if a process is causing it. If it is just a popup, then download Adblocker Plus for firefox and download a filter set. Your advertising days will be over :) If you've noticed a decline in computer performance then it could be spyware. If so, first don't install multiple AV's, instead uninstall one before you try another one. So yea.

Also, try a boot scan with Avast. A lot of times if the problem is in WINDOWS folder, then you will need to use the boot scan to find it. Avast won't scan and delete things in the WINDOWS folder while your in windows to prevent damage to the OS. So yea, if it doesn't find it then try the boot scan. Also, try seeing if Revouninstaller can find it, and uninstall it using the thorough removal. It'll find all the temporary files and registry entries that are associated with the program.

Did it not ask you when you first installed it whether you would like to schedule a bootscan next time your computer reboots? I will look where exactly it is in a sec though.
