Sony Announcement Today About Playstation

I read that Sony is suppose to make an announcement today (March 31st) about Playstation. Most people guessed it would be a PS3 price cut but those rumors have been shot down. Maybe it's gonna be a new PSP 4000 model LOL.

$99 PS2... big woop. I might pay $50 for PS2 support on my PS3 though.

Figures, I read about this price cut a few days ago but Sony wasn't the one that made it. So I guess it would be them saying it out loud.

That could have just been retailers selling at a loss to get rid of stock. The MSRP is dropping to $99.

I payed 5 bucks total for two broken Playstation 2's and created my own Frankenstation2 out of different generation models. Works too! ... but acts a little goofy. It takes it about 1 minute and 24 seconds to start spinning/ reading the discs and it doesn't read certain types of DVD.
... but it was $5
