Atheist are oppressed by Christians.

Try keeping your friends or your job if you don't agree with the commonly accepted Christian teachings.

Side note:
Most Christians spend more time reading random web pages than the do reading the bible so how could the know any truth?

dont start with the opressed thing. whose been hated and had law against for years? old world jews are christians as we know them by. WE are opressed, but im not going to argue with you. this isnt that place, and i dont have the patience

This isn't the thread for this, that is true, but since my truth is "the truth" until otherwise noted, I'm going to leave my statement as it is and not revise it simply because someone believes otherwise because unlike Christians who try to belittle Atheists by trying to get us to feel sorry for what we believe, I will instead, as a happy Atheist, allow you to believe whatever stories you want to instead of trying to take you out of your comfort zone. But if I'm wrong, you're free to debate me in the religion thread, wherever it may be.

I wouldn't argue Religion with DPM or Que, they are both intelligent enough to choose what to believe or not believe.

im not going to tell you you cant beleive in there being no God, im just saying you should watch what you say about religion. that liable to start a war those words.


however, i DO think you all should see this one movie by Ben Stein (the teacher in ferris beullers day off)

the movie is called expelled. there are sites trying to say that his movie is wrong. i have gone to them and read them and it seems like a stream of bull crap they do. slandering. so if you will ignore those atleast untill after you see the movie....

yeah those sites were kinda....one sided. ben's movie had real experiences of people who are atheists. i do suggest seeing it.
