Just got banned from a forum

Well, I just got banned from a forum for the first time ever. It's a perma-ban. I'm not sure what I'm feeling right now. It's not rage, but maybe some diluted form of sadness and confusion. I got banned for logging into another person's PS3 account and getting a Platinum for them so I could get some cash. I wish I was able to tell them my side of the story somehow, but as far as I can see, there is no way to. I needed that money for bus tokens so I could get to school. Now I'm forced to borrow money that I know I can't pay back anytime soon. I had friends there. I was able to have intelligent conversations there. Now I'm not sure anymore. I can't make another account, as they're all linked to PSN accounts. I just want to be able to explain myself, get a second chance.

I read that, but seriously, Why? It doesn't make sense at all.
You made a mutual agreement with someone to help them with something and you got a good trade.
Is it against the law?

The site just doesn't approve of it.

fight with your internet rights or, better yet give me a copy of every thing that lead up to this and your person part vs there rules and ill right you a letter so terribly owning of them, youll be the friggen DPM of that sight. cuz lemme tell you if you dont already know. i rant. ALOT. none of my brew-buds gonna b rejected for something that was legit. not gonna happen. *does cool little knuckle touching thing*

If its a a rule...and you broke it. Then yes, you deserved to get banned.

what rule says u cant help a friend out? thats like saying i cant play your ps3 game to help you. he didnt trash it or impersonate him, so no laws were broken. where as my friend drained my cod 4 rank in 3 seconds cuz he thought it was funny. thats impersonation. identity theft. illegal. my 40 bucks

Well i doubt they care if they benefitted the whole continent, it was a rule, it was broke.

Forums can be a harsh mistress.

also i wouldn't go out with that attatude.

You'd be surprised how many people would be banned from here as well though, if they'd broken the rules. You would be even... heck, me too for a few tidbits here and there. Que and Advent are examples passed through holy doctrine that are unscathed by evil and thus, they are perfect forum members.

I see it as they must have had this rule as the golden rule- so to speak. Such as our rule of the pornography. I consider it as a major rule since we have many minors here and would hope if someone posted it they would be banned.

True. I've banned people on-the-spot regarding that rule probably more than any other.
