Open office FTW! Cause it's FREE & legal!
The programmers you will one day be looking to hire are the ones reading the tech news sites right now.

And they will remember...

Microsoft 2007 is over complicated.
honestly it may be better in some terms, but its too complicated to do a simple task takes probaly 4 more seconds.
like for example. DOING A GRAPH.
Microsoft word keeps just the basics, Tbh microsoft 2007 is better but word is s**t on it, if you can get MS word 2003 and the other programs 2007 that would be great.

U CAN!!! While installing Office 2003, choose "custom install" and select only word.... Then install Office 2007 and click on the customize tab and de-select ms word... done!!

But to be honest I prefer Office 2003 or Open Office..

Cause they both use rally less ram and take less hard disk space...

OpenOffice, I have it and it is great. There's no need to get Office 2007.
