How to keep a customer.

Our satellite radio broke and we called Sirius/XM to cancel the service. They were sorry that our unit broke and offered us a replacement for free and 3 months of free service with it too!

Now call Micro$oft or $ony with a similar story and see what they tell you!
The programmers you will one day be looking to hire are the ones reading the tech news sites right now.

And they will remember...

Sorry but you got something wrong there, its MicroScam, and with there survice with RROD'd wiis(XBOX LOL) i realy doubt thats gona happon
i also found out from a teacher(science teacher)
who plays his Xbox and his girlfriend alot lol that if your Xbox gets RROD'd and u bring it to the store they have to by law *probaly have to be in warranty most likely* hand you a new one as you stand. No joke either.

If only Sirius/XM made game systems...
Each of you has a remote to blow up the other boat. At midnight, I blow you all up. If, however, one of you presses the button, I'll let that boat live. So, who's it going to be: Harvey Dent's most wanted scumbag collection, or the sweet and innocent civilians? You choose. Oh, and you might want to decide quickly, because the people on the other boat might not be so noble.
