With regards to this Wand, the videos look great and if its going to (as the intentions will be for this) ENHANCE my game then why not develop it.. yeah ok Wii done it 1st but wait wait wait didn't SONY start the whole Singstar trend and now Wii and Microfail jump on that band wagon as its a popular "trend"..

I think Nintendo will still be in the public eye for years to come cause they've been making computergames since long before most of you was even a twich in your daddy's nutsack and will continue to bend the way we play games despite being a kiddy console but wait Nintendo has always been aimed at the younger population it makes some serious £££ or $$$ for them why stop something your good at..

man i could go on but in all fairness this Wand despite looking like a cool dildo (which would appeal to female gamers if it rumbles that would increase sales hahaha) will be a great addition to the PS3 and could open up the way we play computergames for it...



and just so im being objective here Natal looks great and hopefully will actually do what it says on the tin, I wouldn't be surprised if it flops like Bill Gates' Pen0r.. it has pretty much already been done with eyetoy,eyepet, eye of judgement although the eyetoy hasn't really got the rep it should have for the ps3.....

This comes too late for PS3 and I think the general attitude or reception for it will be "been there done that".

like you said in your other post this is completly and utter true, i can even see the Wii trying to Sue Sony over this because its the same thing also if you watch this it isnt as advance as the wii one either, as the two sensors are in a V outswould shapped position starting from the bottom of the V whereas on the wii sensor bar its a | | bar which in my sensoring knowledge is better *blabbing but yes*
basicly the wii has lost popularity half way through last year the price Finaly dropped to £160 from its strong 3 years of £180.
and i totaly agrree with you Que, this is just one big Gimmick, as you said its basicly copying the wii and as the wii has lost popularity do you think people are going to start using this?
reinventing the wheel is the most perfect thing you could say for this, or as its lost popularity you could even say reinventing the triangle. *if you get what i mean*

how about th eintelligence that was pput into it? like the sensor ball changes color, and it isnt dependent on a limited sensor bar? that wireless means wireless and not "crappy IR reciever"
