also one of the video reviews i seen for FFXIII said they have reduced the GFX quality slightly for the 360, i'm totally surprised that 360's just have a DVD player and its not HD, how on earth does the 360 keep up with the ps3 graphically on cross platform releases...

kick topic back on track for FFXIII tho, is it good??? cause i've seen numerous reviews all contradicting themselves, i wanna game i can complete and then re-play and complete like Fallout3

They keep up they are both great system each has there highs and lows. Obviously the PS3 can do more that is just a known fact (not starting a war here or anything) They were able to keep the level of graphics up in FFXII on the 360 because they tuned down / majorly compressed the audio and cutscenes. Like unlike the PS3 which has full lossless audio and 720P cutscenes. The PS3 was slated to have full lossless Japanese audio but they wanted as little difference between the two so they kept it out. I am kind of sad about that :( [

Yes Final Fantasy is still amazing, if you seriously buy a game just for the graphics then you should be shoot in the head. XIII has an amazing story, great graphics, sick characters and overall just an amazing game. Like I said it is linear but after 20 or so hours you do go into an opener environment instead of say follow the trail. Its kind of nice to the newer Final Fantasy fans because at least I know I can't really screw up e.g. Am I going to the right way. A review tells you zip about a game, a game is like a personal choice I think. Either you like it or you don't nobody can change that decision from you. But if you do want to follow a review I suggest you rent it first. No way are you going to be able to experience the full game so you will see some of the down fails of it e.g linear play. So its up do you :P

Depends what you mean by real. A single layered one is only 25GB while a dual layered is 50

One of the major reasons Im happy I purchased a Xbox system now is because of Microsoft making deals with game developers to bring their stuff to us first.

An example of this is the MW2 maps coming March 30. Have a PS3?- that will be april 30th for yall.

Go with FFXIII 60+ hours of game play, Heavy Rain 20+, then God of War. That is what I would do. Heavy Rain is amazing by the way :P

yeah thats what i meant. the games are all on dual layer, and the ones you buy at the store are single layer 25 gb's.

microsoft seams all they like to do is buy thier way into everything!

OS's? lets go buy mac (saved it, and i despise them for that)
game systems? lets make one!
exclusives? we dont have enough crappy ones no one has ever heard of or played, why not steal sony's!

they need to be creative. can you name 5 xbox exclusives OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD that are NOT L4d(2), Halo(any), Forza(1,2,3) or PGR? how about the exclusives have to be GOOD. no Gears of War either

They didnt buy mac. they invested in it without representation. In fact, I dont believe mac needed it. Microsoft gave Apple money so they would allow Microsoft word and such on it.

everythings about stealing to you. Its business and if you dont think taking from another companies ideas or products is right your never ever going to be a good business man.

My last point is about the games you mentioned. You took the exclusives that they didnt "steal" out and asked for more. Thats not right at all. In fact, its dumb. L4D, Halo, Forza, PGR, and Gears are amazing games that any console would love to have. Luckily for us, Microsoft has them.

I wouldn't buy Heavy Rain yet if it doesn't look like your kind of game. It can have multiple playthroughs but if you already know the story then it may get old.
