Bush Discussion / War in Iraq

Everything Bush did was retarded. That's why he was met with criticism.
People on the Republican platform, nation-wide, switched over to the Democratic party. Why? Because they didn't want to look like idiots, too.
That's why Obama won.

Well... That.... And all of the black people.

Um..... Okay- I didn't say the Democrats were better. I just was referring to the people's realignment which factually happened.

You tell me some good things that Bush did. Tell us how we went to war in Iraq for WMD's when none existed. Tell us how we went to war in Afgahnistan after the CIA and FBI both said that Al-Queda could not be linked to 9/11. Tell us how why he changes our whole domestic policy and took away our personal privacy.
He was a bad president. Hands down.

By the way, 9/11 was an inside job. It's proven. So, another "9/11" could happen but I bet Obama would actually take into consideration all of the facts that would be out there to actually figure out who did what. We wouldn't go to war for nothing under his, or nearly any other presidency- Democratic or Republican.

I am glad you disagree with what has been said about Bush. I only hope that you do some of your own independent research and judge for yourself.

Blacks make up only 14% of the population; less than that vote. Obama would have won even if blacks did not have the ability to vote.

tell me crait, how many good things about bush were told and how many bad things were said? liberal as hell fox reported on all the bad thing bush did and the (few) good things obama has done, making bush look bad.

want something bush did? he was there during 9/11. there are few presidents that have been able to keep calm and judge correctly in a national crisis.
like Franklin Roosevelt (my FAVE president) in the depression.

You do realize we are in a depression right now, correct?

We are in a recession and a depression is a 10 year recession which we are in.

We don't call it a depression because it's more of a past tense word.

But by definition we are in one, and people can't go out and buy the same expensive sh*t.. is the thing, If you have a job you can, but a good amount of people are jobless right now/

Where is "there"? Bush was in Florida reading a book upside down to children. He did not move his a$$ from "there" untill well after the second plane hit, then lied about it!

I hate using Youtube to make a point but watch and decide for yourself:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sm73wOuP ... re=related Why would a TV be on in the classroom while the president was there?
CAUGHT IN A LIE!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCvqXXnx ... re=related

I'll give you calm but, judge correctly? America illegally invaded Iraq for 9/11 and they had NOTHING to do with the attacks!

Congress controls who we go to war with and when they wouldn't allow us to invade, Bush did it anyways.
That's how he illegally invaded another country.

Airplanes, did you not read what I said? I told you major things he did wrong. And all you say that he did good was... Show up on 9/11?
Pfftt... What a cop-out.
Tell me, if the media didn't say anything good he did, then you take charge and tell me.

All he did right was show our generation how important it is to vote.

Really? You want me to tell you just some of what he did bad?
Reread this:

Since these posts had nothing to even do with Health Care Reform, here is a new topic to continue this particular discussion.

que wrote:

Congress authorized Bush to use force in Iraq with the assistance of the U.N. The U.N. wanted sanctions and diplomacy, Bush said no. Here is what the U.N. said next: http://www.nytimes.com/2003/03/11/inter ... gewanted=1
There currently is no U.N. presence in Iraq nor has there been since 2001.

Then the forged WMD evidence surfaced and this "allowed" Bush to go to war with Iraq but the evidence was all fake! http://www.time.com/time/columnist/karo ... 79,00.html
http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/meast/10/ ... md.report/

OH and let's not forget the alleged Al-Qaeda training camps in Iraq that never existed according to the Pentagon. http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/03/13/alqaed ... index.html

We went to war based on lies! That's not legal. No one was fired or reprimanded for lying. Instead some were punished for telling the truth: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/co ... 01172.html

Need I continue?

It's not the religion that causes wars, it's the men who use religion as a means to control people that do.
