Obviously if you read the article, or at least the title of the article you would know it was located in the NAND, and even though it does rhyme with ram they are not the same. Also the title clearly says "512mb MU", MU means memory unit. And if you still don't believe me go read the description on gamestops website. Someone needs an edumacation.
