I don't think all cops would do this in this same situation just as I don't think all cops would have acted the same way as the cops that recently were in the news for punching that teenager in the face.

But, besides that, all I can do is tell you that the chaos theory suggests that all people are born evil.

Haven't watched the video, but I'm not commenting on that...
How can you say that there's more bad cops "from experience and seeing it from other means"? When things go right, you almost never hear about it on the news, so how would you know? In fact, when things are happening the way they should be, that simply isn't even news worthy material. How many times do you see on the news Iraqi's and Afganistani's waving and thanking American troops? How often do you even HEAR of it? No, you see exactly the opposite. Well, fact is there are LOTS of people who are glad we're over there. I've got enough friends that have served over there, as well as my father. Regardless of WHY we are there and how well it is/isn't going.
My mom was military police before I was born and a dispatcher afterwords for many years. She, and I, have met and known many a police officer... all of whom were on the up and up.
We're all entitled to our own opinion, but an opinion means nothing without experience.
