I have a Scyther I've been raising and I have the metal coat to trade and evolve him, but I don't have anyone to trade

I have the game loaded on my Acekard 2.1 but it still allows online. I've never used it so I really don't know how to but if any of you have the newer Pokemon games and would like to help me out then please do!
