So, do you guys think that the 3DS is a gimmick by Nintendo? I mean, Nintendo is famed for all the hardcore fail hardware that they've put out... I personally think it's a gimmick, but at the same time, I think it can work. The 3DS will sell millions around the world, but I think it will be glamored in shovel-ware crap games like the other DS's. Hopefully the selling point of the 3DS will hinder those.

I can't tell what nintendo is doing. I think their idea of going for the cheap gaming can't succeed anymore as the ipod / ipad /android is now in direct competition (they may not be cheap but ppl have them already)

I think this puts Sony / MS in a position to completely kill Nintendo.

Yeah. For the longest time, Nintendo went without any competition. For the first time, they can actually lose because of something like this. Perhaps that'll keep them on their toes and force them to deliver good games?

personally i have a very bad feeling that this will wind up like the Virtual Boy. i know i'm not the only one on here old enough to remember this atrocity.

My Opinion: They found about about the PSP2, said "oh damn, we gotta get something out!" Then they pumped out this completely insignificant bloody piece of sh*t.

This just seems like something you'd find in a toy store that doesn't work - like those old spy night vision goggles, all they were were goggles with a light on the front... f**k rip offs.

Haha. I wonder what was on the face of Nintendo's fanboys and Nintendo directors when the PSP 2 was shown off. It is just way too sexy for competition.
