Control Your PC With The PS Vita

Here’s a program that I made called TeleCommand that allows a user to control their PC over the internet using POP instead of SSH, VPN, Telnet, or anything like that. The only thing that needs to be installed is the host program on the PC and that’s it. Connection is a breeze and the program works wonderfully. You can run programs, open directories, or send commands. You can even open programs with arguments.

Right now, I have it specially configured and secured for use on my personal computer, but I will be releasing some code so you guys can get it set up eventually… when it’s safer. I think it’s cool that I can have a simple little program running on my computer and have my PS Vita send commands to it. Would help out if I forget to turn of my computer when I’m out or I need to retrieve some quick information.

Later this month, I’ll be making a native application for the Vita… Also, I’ll probably integrate this into ScallopBeta!
