I saw that people had posted some pics of there Xbox's and they look really different from a regular one..Why is that...I saw one pic in this thread where the xbox apeared to have and LED screen of some sort..and it was glowing....And had more buttons

My new Japaneese LE transparent blue Kasumi xbox (waiting for LEDs for top of case)

yup. The chip, the power/eject PCP board leds (desoldered the green leds and resoldered the blue/red/purple ones), the internal IR reciever, everything except the controller port LED simply because I know of someone who makes EXCELLENTcontroller port mods with the LEDs lined up just right. I soldered the EL wire running around the bottom of the green one too. connected the red wire to a +5v point on the mobo and the black wire to that grounded metal around a mobo screw.
Quick photoshop labeling job (I take a lot of pictures). Electrical tape is useful for holding wires in place while you sloder them for people without three hands.

Well I have like hundreds of games (gcn, xbox, gbc, gb,gba, sp, ds, psp, ps2, PS1etc.) so I couldn't really fit alot into my picture lol.

Yeah, stood on line for 9 hours in windy, rainy, 40 degree weather in front of best buy launch night because both EB and Gamestop d1cked me out of my preorders. Of the current gen systems I also have two PS2s, one gamecube, 3 xboxes (well 5 if you count the two broken ones I bought off of ebay to repair and resell), a nintendo DS and a PSP.

Wow necro, you did some neat stuff to your xbox...Mine is just normal, I havent the slightest clue where to start even if I attempted something like that....I would post pics but I mostly have ALOT of games and a like big widescreen HD tv, my computer...and ps2, a psp and a DS...and cell phone, and suround sound speakers
