Alright, heres my latest sig to rate:

sweet, by far your best.
I think its better than your Halo sig.

the frame doesnt match any other part of the picture
and the character just sticks out
he needs something to blend in, and make the picture become 'smooth' and be able to transition

yea this is ur best i think better than all of mine 8/10 its just the colors that dont really match but i really like ur boarder!

andd im having problems making a boarder after i use the lasso tool i get stuck

Try Blending the render a bit. U can do this by duplicating the render a few times and on the different layers either smudging or blurring.
