Reminds me of the Super Hero site my cousin had.
The banner was really similar, but it was just the text with an alpha channel.

It can be downloaded as an image or a layered png or psd or whatever!

a bit dark though, try lightening the outline of the text a bit. While I'm sure what you're going for is black/blood, the text blends in too much with the back pattern, and can be difficult to see.

Uhh... I guess that is good for a forum banner.
As long as the forum theme is black and red, should all fit in well.

checked it out and registered. site seems kinda non active tho =(

not bad, 8/10, one suggestion is give some lighting effects on the 2nd one or lighter text.
