The background doesn't seem like it matches the person too well, maybe you can make it more like he wasn't cut and pasted on the picture. I like it but i'd rather have a picture of like what Salzgablah said, some guy with looking through his sights ready to fire on some rifle.

IMO it's a bit... eh. It does look like that guy was copied and pasted onto the background like Advent said.

Yeah, its tough to fix them right in. Maybe if you add a small outline of the guy it would look more blended or something. This white border around snake looks a lot better than the sig without.
