Main cut is pretty bad. The background is soo plain, doesn't look good at all. The background picture is wierd looking with that colour effect thing. Scan lines are ok I guess...but doesn't good that well with this picture. The halo font isn't that bad, neat idea. I see where you are trying to go with this banner and it's not the greatest...

Overall: 1.8/10

There's no border, the render on the left is way to transperent and the background is just kind of bland. 3/10
