Small Town Kid with World-wide dreams. I love to learn, either in a classroom or at home. Im nervous of the legal aspect that follows Homebrewing... Yet the creativity side of me still wants to push the red button. My library of games is long, im quick with a controller or keyboard and mouse.

Im looking for a teacher. My view in life is to learn, live and pass on to the next generation.

Hi there to all the great PS3 people out there.

I have visited this site for many years and decided to reg and actually become part of this wonderful community.

Thank you to DeanK, Rogero, HabiB... and the rest of the big names out there.

I still have my first PS3, modded to CFW as I got home, and never went above 3.55. I helped many many many friends to obtain and keep the standard created by all of YOU. never charge anyone money or favors to gain CFW level where possible. It took me a while to become comfortable with the steps but always trusting in YOU make it easy.

I recently bought a ps3 and have been playing a lot of old games that i missed out on.

Hello am new to this page how do i activate the plugin to see psn / pkg downloader and ps3 homebrew / psn store

I have had my ps3 for awhile and really haven't done much on it besides play games. I am not too impressed with the browser and other functions. Being that the ps3 games are getting phased out of stores the availability of games are getting less and less I have started exploring other options. I have been using torrents for movies and I am in the process of downloading a few games and I am finding out more of what can be done to a ps3. From what I have gathered you have to jailbreak it in order to install different programs and downloads because the stock OS limits what you can do. I recently updated to 4.81. I have done some mods on Androids and learned that sometimes updating can actually do more harm than good so I wait to update. (also you can't update after some mods-like rooting Androids) I have also learned that there are a bunch of firmwares out there. I have bricked a phone before and definitely don't want to brick my ps3! Anyways can someone help me to figure out which way to jailbreak my system so I can install games and other cool stuff that I have seen. The biggest problem I am having is finding a jailbreak method that doesn't require doing f**k surveys and opening doorways for malware and viruses and other scams for them to get credit card and other info. I don't have much and can't afford to get scammed. I know how much everybody puts into making these programs and mods available and it amazes me what people can do! Long story short I don't have much money but I would like to do some mods to my system. I have a Superslim CECH 4001c. Can anyone help me PLEASE?
