#1 You don't have to fork over $15 provided you have the materials near you.

#2 Yes, you can use this anywhere basicly.

not to kill your sweet idea, but i just paid 20 bucks and got a screen protector(hard shell) a usb charger, a udb cable, ear fones, a felt screen cleaner, and a soft case. oh, and three individual umd cases.

yours, however, can be 10 feet long. mine is 1.

Another way...you could grab some 30 awg kynar wire and solder it from your usb to your power board. Then you could actually charge your fat psp via usb :wink:

Roxfox's idea is a lot more simplified and noob friendly for you guys though.

yeah! mine is about 12 feet long, but i dont know why. kinda useless. the extra length.

i used the same idea for my ps3 controller charger,and i can play from my upstairs!. again, useless extra space...
