(HELP) Why all the homebrew not avaible for 3.03 ver ?

you have to downgrade..

go buy grand theft auto liberty city stories.

to get the old gta with the 2.00 update othere versions will not work.

We need to seriously get rid of a few sections and make one section ONLY for help. I'm going to post this in site suggestions w/ more detail for what I mean b/c this is just too much. It's hard to say that this "doesn't" fit b/c technically it doesn't, but it could also fit into like... 3 other sections.

Just HELP. I mean, even I need help sometimes and there is just NO single place that I can ask general help. I'll figure this out now and suggest what I think is the best idea. Make sure to look over the thread soon.
