well I'm no fan of the eloader... but I AM a fan of downgrading the psp 
That is what I suggest you do. At this point, I suggest finding a used copy of Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories. If you have one/ find one then you will be able to use the 3.03 downgrader, and then we will be able to help you out with ANYTHING you need
