Are you referring to downloading PSP brand games and then putting them on the psp? Like the games you go to the store and buy?
Well you will need to install a custom firmware on the psp. To install a custom firmware (4.01M33-2 is the latest that I know of) you will need to make a Pandora's battery & magic memory stick. We have wonderful tutorials in our tutorials section on both.
